Sword's Acsepto™ is an application for performing verbal and figurative trademark searches.
Acseptointegrates both types of search into a single operation and manages all types of trademark search including preliminary searches, examination and watching.
The verbal search is based on a dedicated search algorithm managing many different languages and phonetics. It has recently been extended to the domain name field.
The figurative search is by default based on the Vienna Classification, but can be refined using Acsepto’s Automatic Image recognition module.
