Background

The project deals with Correspondence workflow, Client have ability to View, Edit, Search and add response to workflow case created by Azure logic app. It’s a cross- platform app which can be installed in android and IOS platform using the same code base. The UI is organized by XAML to be responsive for both IOS and Android.

Objective of the Project

  • Users have the ability to open Mobile app by clicking E-Mail link if app is already installed in the device, If not, it should redirect user to Web app
  • Users have the ability to Edit, View, Search, add response to the case and forward the case
  • To integrate Outlook mail to Azure logical app to process workflow
  • To handle native UI across the distribution

SWORD’s Contribution

  • Work directly with end client to develop a app based on user specification.
  • Perform UAT & user training and release the apps to iOS and Android stores.
  • Executing project using Scrum methodologies and VSO for development and issue fixes
  • Set up daily catch-up sessions and more frequent demos to apprise the client on the project progress in addition to the daily/weekly status reports
