Commercial Bank Qatar

Commercial Bank Qatar is a full-service commercial bank offering a full range of corporate, retail and investment banking services.

Three core departments; Vault, Back Office and Central Processing Unit used an old DOS based legacy system which had passed its End-Of-Life stage. The departments had low productivity and even lower resource efficiencies, which led to increased costs in terms of lost business, missed deadlines and over-time payments.

ANZ Asia/Pacifi

ANZ Asia/Pacific has been a customer of SWORD since the early 2000’s. SWORD’s Branch & Internet Banking Solutions have been supporting everyday banking operations with mission critical functionality.

ANZ decided to expand its digital offering with the aim to build and deploy a dedicated mobile application for both iOS & devices.

ANZ identified a benchmark application against which the requirements for release one of the ANZ Pacific Mobile App for Fiji were documented.

SWORD developed a cross platform hybrid mobile application leveraging technologies the latest technologies. This provided ANZ with a single code base which could be reused to target several different platforms i.e., Desktop, iOS, Android devices.

ANZ received excellent customer feedback post-deployment seeing a good ROI.
