This new role will be responsible for coordinating and coaching our software development team, helping them apply the Scrum framework to produce high-quality software.
We have been following an Agile approach to software development for a number of years and are now looking for someone to help us refine and improve our existing development processes and provide the support needed as we look to expand our development team.
Scrum Masters report to a Development Manager based in UK, who has responsibility for the performance appraisal, mentoring, training and career development of the ARM Development Team.
