Availability of the 2025 annual financial report (in French)!

The Annual General Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Sword Group SE will be held on 28 April 2026 at 11:00 a.m. In order to participate, please send us your voting form and certificate of ownership by email before April 24th.

2025: A sustained Growth Dynamic

Several recent contract wins have contributed to increasing our backlog, particularly in the United Kingdom, the Benelux region, and Spain. The backlog now represents 21.7 months compared with the revenue of the 2026 budget. These contributions strengthen our visibility over upcoming fiscal years.

Sword Group confirms the sale of its subsidiary Tipik to mci group, an internationally recognised player in the field of event and institutional communication.

Q3 results are in line with budget expectations, illustrating the resilience of Sword’s business model and the quality of its sector positioning. The strength of the backlog and the recurring nature of our service activities continue to ensure good visibility in the markets we target.

Sword Group continues its M&A strategy and announces the acquisition of Bubble Go. Bubble Go, headquartered in Geneva with a nearshore platform in Lisbon, is specialised in high value-added IT services.

Building on this relationship of trust, Sword has recently signed new four-year contracts with public authorities in Vaud, amounting to more than CHF50 million.
