2025: A sustained Growth Dynamic

Several recent contract wins have contributed to increasing our backlog, particularly in the United Kingdom, the Benelux region, and Spain. The backlog now represents 21.7 months compared with the revenue of the 2026 budget. These contributions strengthen our visibility over upcoming fiscal years.

Sword Group confirms the sale of its subsidiary Tipik to mci group, an internationally recognised player in the field of event and institutional communication.

Founded in 2001, Full On Net has built a strong reputation in the Spanish telecoms and insurance market. Its team of experts brings deep technical knowledge and a culture of agility and innovation that aligns perfectly with Sword Group’s strategic vision.

Q3 results are in line with budget expectations, illustrating the resilience of Sword’s business model and the quality of its sector positioning. The strength of the backlog and the recurring nature of our service activities continue to ensure good visibility in the markets we target.

Sword Group continues its M&A strategy and announces the acquisition of Bubble Go. Bubble Go, headquartered in Geneva with a nearshore platform in Lisbon, is specialised in high value-added IT services.

Building on this relationship of trust, Sword has recently signed new four-year contracts with public authorities in Vaud, amounting to more than CHF50 million.

Presentation of the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan

Our revised business plan for 2024-2028 forecasts annual organic growth of around 15%, with stable profitability of close to 12%.

OUTLOOK
The 2024-2028 Business Plan, which forecasts constant profitability and growth in excess of 13% a year, has been the subject of a strategic plan which will be presented at the annual meeting (SFAF meeting) on 7 March in Paris.
As a result, the Group is forecasting annual revenue in excess of €316m in 2024, excluding acquisitions.

OUTLOOK
Excluding AAA, 2023 full-year revenue will be higher than the annual target of €280 million, closer to €282 million.
On this basis, organic growth for the year will exceed 18% and therefore significantly above budget.
As already mentioned during our last meeting, the Business Plan for the next 3 years forecasts organic growth of between 13% and 15%.

Outperforming organic growth
This outperformance is based on two criteria:
1. Constant growth in the revenue of our historical customers,
2. The increase in certain non-budgeted accelerators, such as new initiatives with the United Nations.

Sword Group is working on a strategic plan for the transition and integration of Artificial Intelligence into its activities.

The consolidated revenue for the first quarter of 2023 is €72.0m, up 22.2% at constant scope and exchange rates.
Profitability (EBITDA margin) is 12.0% or €8.6m.

For the year 2022, consolidated revenue is €272.3m, with an EBITDA margin of 12.9%.

The revenue for the fourth quarter of 2022 amounts to €72.3m in consolidated terms.
For the quarter, the EBITDA margin amounts to 13.2%, above our standard profitability of 12%. The 2021 profitability of 15% was achieved by the software part (Sword GRC), while the profitability of the services part was 12.3%.

For the third quarter of 2022, Consolidated Revenue amounts to €67.9m and the consolidated profitability (EBITDA margin) is 12.2 % or €8.3m.
